Since 17.03. we have been fiming in Germany as ormiga:tel GmbH with the locations in Zossen. ormiga:tel Ltd. will continue to provide purchasing expertise from London. With the improved international orientation and the additional location, we want to strengthen our market presence. ormiga:tel GmbH will take over the operational business and is not a legal successor.

VeEX has announced it will acquire all shares in Sunrise Telecom. The agreement calls for the purchase of the products, brands and know-how. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter. Nothing was disclosed about the further fate and Startegy of the purchase.
