Who still remembers SHDSL.bis? After the last available SHDSL.bis chipset was discontinued, an alternative had to be found. With a length of up to 6.2 km and speeds of up to 18 Mbit/s, a new solution is now available. Based on the 10Base-T1L standard for Single Pair Ethernet (SPE), the solution is energy-efficient and therefore suitable for demanding operating environments. However, the speed of 18 Mbit/s is higher than the standard (only 10 Mbit/s).

Greenlee offers 10G tester
VeEX has announced it will acquire all shares in Sunrise Telecom. The agreement calls for the purchase of the products, brands and know-how. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter. Nothing was disclosed about the further fate and Startegy of the purchase.
